Here are things you shouldn’t be found doing while in your second and third trimesters as a pregnant woman.
1. Bending over to do house chores
During your third trimesters, your baby’s legs and most other parts of the body have been formed while delivery is in view.
Bending down to wash clothes or do any other household chore can hurt your baby’s legs. You may not feel it but your baby is going through pains at that period as the leg is being hurt.
Apart from hormonal changes and transfered traits, curved legs and knocked knees are also caused by bending over to do chores.
2. Smoking and drinking alcohol.
Smoking and drinking alcohol poses many serious health issues to the baby in the uterus. Perforated hearts and lungs infections are majorly caused by this factor.
For the sake of your baby’s health dear Pregnant woman, quit smoking during pregnancy. Also, kidney diseases isn’t left out in this as the smoke damages the baby’s vital organs, making for difficult living when delivered.
Apart from gene mutations, smoking and drinking alcohol during pregnancy can also cause Down’s Syndrome amidst other health challenges.
